Texas-born American songwriter-performer-author Will Jennings is known for writing the lyrics to hits such as “My Heart Will Go On,” “Up Where We Belong,” “Higher Love,” and “Tears in Heaven.” He has written for and collaborated with many artists including Whitney Houston, Steve Winwood, Eric Clapton, Rodney Crowell, Peter Wolf, Mariah Carey, and Joe Sample; been inducted into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame; and won numerous awards including three Grammys, and two Oscars.
